Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CryptoLiox. These terms govern your use of our cryptocurrency exchange service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CryptoLiox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
CryptoLiox is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange interface. We facilitate the exchange of cryptocurrencies exclusively through ChangeNOW — our official exchange infrastructure partner. All swap transactions, rate calculations, and fund routing are handled entirely by ChangeNOW's secure, non-custodial platform. CryptoLiox does not hold, store, control, or have access to your funds at any point during the exchange process.
3. ChangeNOW as Exchange Provider
Every transaction initiated through CryptoLiox is processed by ChangeNOW (changenow.io). By using CryptoLiox, you acknowledge and agree that: • All exchange operations are executed by ChangeNOW under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. • CryptoLiox is powered by ChangeNOW — not acting as a counterparty to your transaction. • Exchange rates, minimum/maximum limits, and transaction statuses are determined by ChangeNOW's systems. • In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, ChangeNOW is the responsible processing party. 4. Geographic Restrictions
CryptoLiox services are NOT available to residents or users located in the following countries: 🇩🇪 Germany (DE) 🇺🇸 United States of America (US) 🇨🇳 China (CN) 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (GB) Access from these jurisdictions is strictly prohibited due to regulatory requirements and compliance obligations. By using CryptoLiox, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Service from any of the above-listed countries. Attempting to circumvent these geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or any other means is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent denial of service. CryptoLiox reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using CryptoLiox, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency exchange services are prohibited by law.
6. No Registration Required
CryptoLiox does not require account registration or identity verification (KYC) to use the Service. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
7. Exchange Transactions
All exchange transactions are final and irreversible once submitted to the blockchain network. CryptoLiox is not responsible for errors in wallet addresses provided by users. You are solely responsible for providing accurate recipient wallet addresses. Exchange rates are estimates provided by ChangeNOW and may vary due to market conditions and network congestion.
8. Fees
CryptoLiox charges a service fee included in the exchange rate displayed. Network (miner) fees are separate and are charged by the respective blockchain networks. All applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, financing terrorism, tax evasion, fraud, or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
CryptoLiox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws.
